Employees who participate in Daily Burn are eligible to receive resistance brands and either a 5 lb or 10 lb weight. Daily Burn provides employees with unlimited access to certified fitness and nutrition coaches, along with thousands of online workouts that can be accessed from any device, making it easy to stay active, healthy, and motivated.
